Over this time he has acquired a wealth of knowledge, experience and, most importantly, a huge professional network that drives his success today. This rounded with the fact that he is an avid gamer makes him the perfect business driver for the company.

Previously Mobile Game Lead at Product Madness (a social casino game development company Acquired by Aristocrat). Mike has a mix of creative, technical and leadership knowledge and has been making games for 15 years with around 50 casual and mobile games released. He has produced games for Activision, EA, Lucasarts, EMI, Adidas, Virgin Media, Coca Cola, UEFA and Nickelodeon to name a few.

With a background originating in the financial and education sectors, Mark specialises in driving performance and helping organisations reach their goals. With many years’ experience supporting change management and projects for organisations such as JP Morgan, GSK, BP and the MOD, Mark is a key member of the senior management team at Project M.

Troy is our product manager with a deep passion for storytelling and games. He studied Animation at University before going onto a successful career as a Product Manager within the UK retail gaming sector, where he designed and delivered an innovative new-to-industry game which proved to be very successful. He recently completed a postgrad diploma in Leadership & Strategy from Birmingham City University. Both creative and analytical, he’s able to deliver value to the users, business and team.

With a degree in Business Management and over 10 years’ experience working with global franchisors and national/international franchisees mainly within the telecoms sector, Sarah is ideally placed to manage and support the network of clients within our business model

Krisztina is passionate about playing and creating games. Krisztina previously worked as a quality assurance tester for established game company Gameloft on numerous projects such as Iron Man 3, N.O.V.A 3, Wonder Zoo, NFL 2015, Sniper Fury, and many more. Krisztina is familiar with many testing procedures and has applied this to Project M’s QA and QC testing processes

A skilled Unity developer, with over 6 years’ experience working for clients such as Guinness World Records, Activision, Rockstar Games and Ubisoft, delivering a variety of interactive experiences. Ryan also has a 5* Unity Asset Publisher rating, and his work has been shortlisted for the Qualcomm Vuforia 2015 show reel.

Romano is a Digital Artist who for the past 12 years, has been creating games for Consoles, PC and Mobile, at leading studios such as Ubisoft and Rockhead Games. During this time, and working with talented teams in award-winning projects, he was able to gain valuable experience and develop the artistic and technical skills that he brings to Project M. Romano is also experienced in other areas of game development, such as Game Design and UX, which proves to be invaluable to his role as a Lead Artist.

Billy has over 5 years’ development experience working on both client and server software projects. A passionate gamer, Billy graduated Brunel University studying Computer Science and now specialises in Python with practical skills in Flask. Billy has experience in designing and working in projects at all stages of the development lifecycle.

Karolina in an experienced Python developer with an MSc and Bsc in Biotechnology. Having worked in various studios across Europe, Karolina has proven to be a real team player and expert problem solver! Her technical expertise include working with Linux, Python, Flask and Django and she continues to improve on these with her own personal projects. As a keen gamer (and board gamer!) herself, Karolina is enjoying applying her skillset to something she is passionate about and working with a group of likeminded people.

Ian is a 3d Artist who specialises in modelling and environment art, but his daily work ranges from FX to concept and UI design. Ian studied Game Design (BA) at Huddersfield University and then spent two years working in the VFX industry 3d scanning just about everything possible and impossible. Working in-house on workflows and operating scanning equipment on location, Ian has scanned sets, props and actors for blockbuster films like Skyfall, Avengers 2 and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Graduating from The Arts University College, Bournemouth in 2011 in Illustration (BA Hons), Rob has since been working in game design and production and was design lead at Product Madness, working on Heart of Vegas; one of Facebook’s top grossing apps in the US. Rob’s skills include digital inking/colouring/drawing/design, Vector image production, Flash animation for games and film, UI and UX Design, Adobe Creative Suite [PS, AI, FL, AE, ID], Digital photo composition/editing and hand drawing.

Isago is a hugely experienced Concept Artist and Game Illustrator with a large number of years working within the Japanese video game industry and in the London games sector since relocating in 2010. His expertise are in Concept Design and User Experience and his career has seen him work on marque games and brands including Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga (Nintendo/Alphadream) and Heavenstrike Rivals (Square Enix/Mediatonic).

Gennaro is a 3D character modeller and a concept artist. He has been a part of a start-up company, as well as worked as a freelancer in both gaming and film industry. He works fluently on both 2D and 3D, specialising in character concept and sculpting. He has broadened his skillsets by learning environment/prop modelling, rigging, animation, and level design.
